Teledyne LeCroy is a leading provider of oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers and related test and measurement solutions that enable companies across a wide range of industries to design and test electronic devices of all types. Since their founding in 1964, LeCroy has focused on creating products that improve productivity by helping engineers resolve design issues faster and more effectively.

LeCroy oscilloscopes are used by designers and engineers to measure and analyze complex electronic signals in order to develop high-performance systems and to validate electronic designs to improve time to market. Protocol analyzers are used by designers and engineers to generate and monitor traffic over high speed serial data interfaces, including DDR, PCIE Gen 3, PAM4, Fibre Channel, Serial ATA, SAS, USB and others. Both products are critical in the development of a wide variety of demanding design applications.

LeCroy utilizes both of these important product areas to tackle the most demanding serial data test applications, offering tailored solutions to help our customers perfect their chips, interfaces, subsystems and products which utilize these important communications standards. With the explosion in the use of serial data communications technologies in semiconductors, between devices on circuit boards and between computers and peripherals, LeCroy’s products are aimed at a growing and important market.

By design, the LeCroy oscilloscopes offer a powerful combination of large and informative displays combined with advanced wave shape analysis capabilities. These are typically tailored to enhance the productivity of engineers in specific applications such as serial data test, disk drive test and automotive bus analysis. The oscilloscopes range from 2 channels, 8 bit through 8 channel and 12 bit with bandwidths up to 100GHz. Many of the LeCroy products, such as the WaveSurfer, WaveRunner, LabMaster and the MDA8000 Motor Drive Analyzer, are recognized as the leaders in their respective categories.

Teledyne LeCroy also sells the T3 Teledyne Test Tool products, a range of DC Power Supplies that come in non-programmable and programmable versions with one, two, three and four output configurations.

Teledyne LeCroy aquired Xena Networks in 2023, a leader in the Ethernet Traffic Generators, Physical Layer Testing and Network Emulation Solutions. They are one of the very few companies with solutions for testing all Ethernet speeds up to and including 800Gbps using 112G SerDes. Customers use Xena test solutions to Test, Optimize and Validate the performance and functionality of new Ethernet devices to they can outperform their competitors. Xena solutions are renowned for being user-friendly and having the industry's lower TCO thanks to the Xena Value Pack's unique software licensing policy.
